About me
I am a psychologist (Diplom-Psychologin) with over 20 years of professional experience in educational and pedagogical settings, including work as a school psychologist, counsellor and teacher. This long-standing practice forms the foundation of my work today as a supervisor and coach.
My professional development is informed by systemic, solution-focused and trauma-sensitive approaches, which provide a solid methodological and professional basis for my work.
I am a member of the German Association for Supervision and Coaching (DGSv) and the Systemic Society (SG) and work in accordance with recognised professional standards in systemic practice and psychology.
My biography is shaped by international and intercultural experiences. I lived in Finland for ten years, and further periods of study and work took me to France and the United States. These experiences enrich my work with people from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
Sessions are available in English or German.

Sessions can take place as a one-time consultation, as part of a project, or as ongoing support. Formats range from individual setups to team workshops.
I am based in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, but I am also happy to come to your organisation. Online sessions are also availble.
The framework and content of the sessions are agreed individually with each organisation.. Fees depend on the duration, format, and context of the sessions. I am happy to provide a quote after our introductory meeting.
